We are a TICA-registered, licensed cattery located in Houston, Texas, and we proudly deliver kittens to families worldwide. Every kitten represents our commitment to high breeding standards, including genetically tested parents, documented lineage, and a health guarantee.

The following prices are for pet homes:

British Shorthair kittens: $2,000–$3,000
British Longhair kittens: $2,500–$4,500

Munchkin Shorthair kittens: $4,000–$5,000 (short-legged)
Munchkin Longhair kittens: $4,500–$5,500 (short-legged)

Minuet/Munchkin Shorthair kittens: $5,000–$6,000 (short-legged)
Minuet/Munchkin Longhair kittens: $5,500–$6,500 (short-legged)

Kittens with special colors or features—such as cinnamon, chocolate, lilac golden, blue golden, odd eyes, or dominant blue eyes (DBE)—may be priced higher.

All our kittens come with:

Potty training
Deworming
FeLV (feline leukemia virus) testing
Age-appropriate vaccinations
Spay or neuter surgery
A veterinary health report
A birth certificate
A passport with official vaccination stickers
A welcome bag with a one-week supply of food
A full money-back warranty for genetic diseases, including HCM and PKD, as stated in the contract

Before moving forward with a reservation or contract, we require an in-person visit for families in the Houston area or a FaceTime visit for those farther away. This gives us a chance to meet your family and gives you the opportunity to meet the kitten, so we can make sure it’s the right match for everyone.

HOW OUR REHOMING PROCESS WORKS?

2. SCHEDULE YOUR VISIT

Before moving forward with a contract or reservation, we require an in-person visit if you’re in Houston, or a FaceTime visit if you’re farther away. This gives us a chance to meet your family and gives you the opportunity to meet the kitten, so we can make sure it’s the right match.

When you text, please tell me a little about yourself, your lifestyle, whether you have children or other pets at home, and what you’re looking for in a kitten.

During the day, I may be caring for the kittens, visiting the vet, or taking care of my family. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Thank you for your patience!

3. IN PERSON / FACETIME VISIT

You’ll have 15–30 minutes to meet your kitten. Please gather any questions you have so you can ask them during our meeting.

For privacy and hygiene reasons, we don’t accept visitors at our home. For in-person visits, we bring the kitten you’re interested in to a nearby coffee shop so they won’t be away from home for long. We can also meet by FaceTime.

4. CONTRACT SIGNING

If you’d like to move forward after your visit, we’ll collect your information and prepare a contract. It will be sent to your email for you to read and review. Once it’s signed, you’ll receive a copy, and we’ll keep one in our records.

Our automated system will send you an invoice that same day. A 25% deposit, payable by cash or Zelle, is due within 24 hours. Your kitten is officially reserved once we receive the deposit. We’ll then remove the kitten from our website and announce the reservation on social media.

5. NEUTERING/SPAYING

All our kittens are strictly for pet homes and are spayed or neutered before leaving our care. We do not release kittens intact.

If your kitten weighs at least 2 lb and has already been spayed or neutered: You may visit and take your kitten home the same day after signing the contract. No deposit is required in advance.
If your kitten weighs at least 2 lb but hasn’t yet been spayed or neutered: We’ll schedule the procedure, usually for the next day. Your kitten may be ready to go home as soon as 2–3 days after surgery. Female kittens have more stitches than male kittens, so we’ll confirm the vet’s earliest available appointment. After a spay, we keep the kitten for 2–3 days to monitor recovery and make sure the incision is healing properly.
If your kitten weighs less than 2 lb: You’ll need to wait until the kitten reaches 2 lb. Our veterinarians do not perform spay or neuter procedures on kittens weighing less than 2 lb because of anesthesia requirements. Until your kitten reaches 2 lb, we’ll send a photo or video update every two weeks. As your kitten gets closer to 2 lb, we’ll schedule the procedure in advance.

6. PICK UP

The new owner agrees to pick up the kitten no later than seven (7) calendar days after the spay or neuter procedure.
