Cancellation Policy
🐾 **Munchkin Vogue – 1-Hour Cat Consultation Policy** We’re excited to offer personalized, one-on-one **cat consultations** to help you connect with the right kitten, learn more about the Munchkin breed, or ask anything about cat care and lifestyle. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, please review the following policy. --- ⏰ **Duration & Format** - Each consultation session lasts **up to 1 hour**. - Available in-person at our location or via video call (Zoom or WhatsApp). - Sessions are by **appointment only** and must be booked in advance. --- 💳 **Booking & Payment** - A **100% payment** is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. - Payment can be made through our website using Credit/Debit Card, or Apple Pay. - The consultation fee is **non-refundable**, but may be credited toward a kitten reservation if made within 7 days of your session. --- ❌ **Cancellation & Rescheduling** - You may reschedule your appointment **with at least 24 hours' notice**. - No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in loss of payment. - If you're running late, please notify us — sessions will still end at the scheduled time.
