Cancellation Policy
🏨 Munchkin Vogue Cat Hotel Policy Welcome to Munchkin Vogue’s Cat Hotel — where comfort, cleanliness, and cuddles come first. Please review the following policies to ensure a safe and happy stay for all our feline guests. 🐱✨ 🐾 Check-In & Check-Out Check-In: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (by appointment only) Check-Out: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request (additional charges may apply) 📋 Reservation Requirements All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your cat’s booking Full payment is due at check-in 🐱 Health & Vaccination To protect the health of all guests, we require: Proof of up-to-date FVRCP and Rabies vaccinations Cats must be free from fleas, ticks, and contagious conditions If fleas are found, a treatment fee will be added to your bill 🧳 What to Bring Your cat’s regular food (to avoid tummy upset) Any necessary medications (clearly labeled with dosage instructions) Optional: a familiar blanket, toy, or item from home to reduce anxiety We provide: Cozy bedding Litter boxes and litter Food/water bowls Enrichment toys and playtime 💊 Medication Policy We are happy to administer oral or topical medications at no extra cost Injectable medications are not administered at this time All meds must be clearly labeled and pre-dosed if possible 🛏️ Behavior & Temperament Cats must be socialized and non-aggressive toward staff We do not accept feral or semi-feral cats at this time If your cat shows excessive stress or aggression, we may contact you to pick them up early 📸 Updates During Stay We’ll send daily photo or video updates via text or WhatsApp Optional: Add a FaceTime visit ($5/session) to check in on your fur baby ❌ Cancellations & Refunds Deposits are non-refundable Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance can be rescheduled once No-shows or last-minute cancellations will forfeit deposit 🧼 Cleanliness & Safety Each suite is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests Cats are housed individually, unless from the same household (on request) We follow strict health and hygiene protocols for everyone’s safety 💛 Emergencies In the unlikely event of a medical emergency, we will contact you immediately If you cannot be reached, we will seek veterinary care at your expense, based on your signed release form
