Cancellation Policy
✂️ Munchkin Vogue Grooming Booking Policy At Munchkin Vogue, we take pride in offering gentle, stress-free grooming services tailored to cats’ unique needs. To ensure the safety, comfort, and quality of service for every feline guest, please review our booking policies below. 🐾 📅 Appointments & Scheduling Grooming is by appointment only — no walk-ins accepted. Please book at least 24 hours in advance through our website or by phone. Appointments are confirmed once a 25% non-refundable deposit is paid. Arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow for check-in. 💳 Deposits & Payments A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your spot. The remaining balance is due at pick-up. We accept: Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Cash. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit. No-shows may be subject to a full service charge before future bookings are accepted. 🐱 Cat Behavior & Safety All cats must be non-aggressive and accustomed to basic handling. If a cat shows signs of severe stress, fear, or aggression, we may refuse or stop the grooming session for their safety. If grooming must be stopped mid-service, you will only be charged for the portion completed. 💉 Health & Vaccination Requirements All cats must be current on Rabies and FVRCP vaccinations. Please notify us in advance of any health conditions or special needs. Cats must be free of fleas/ticks; if fleas are found, a $25 flea bath fee will be added. 🧼 Grooming Services Include: Bath & blow-dry Brushing/dematting (if applicable) Nail trim Ear cleaning Coat trimming or styling (based on service selected) Note: Severe matting may require a shave-down for the cat’s comfort and skin health. 📸 Updates & Communication We’re happy to send a before/after photo by request. Feel free to message us if you'd like an update during the session! 📍 Drop-Off & Pick-Up Please pick up your cat within 30 minutes of completion. Late pick-ups may incur a $10 fee per 30 minutes unless previously arranged. 💛 Thank You!
